The St. Luke's team has arrived at Mission on the Bay! Our drive down was long, but not bad. We were graciously hosted by St. John's Episcopal Church in Ocean Spring, MS on Saturday night. Their EYC had a hamburger and hot dog cookout for us and then joined us for Compline on the beach. We slept in their preschool building -- nice and cool. We attended the 7:30 worship service this morning, packed up and headed down the beach to Bay St. Louis. We spent the afternoon in the French Quarter of New Orleans -- details will come later! We are settling in to our quonset huts for the night and promise to write more, post pictures and keep you up to date on our mission. Keep us in your prayers as we start to work tomorrow.
